Limited Warranty
Bear Strength warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable.
What This Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects
- Structural failures due to materials or workmanship
- Issues that occur during normal, intended use
If a covered issue occurs, Bear Strength will, at its discretion:
- Repair the product
- Replace the product
- Issue a refund
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, scuffs, finish wear)
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, modification, or improper installation
- Damage caused by dropping, impact, or improper storage
- Use outside of intended training applications
- Damage resulting from exceeding rated capacity
Our products are intended for experienced users who understand the risks associated with strength training.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos or video showing the problem
We may request the product be returned for inspection before approving a claim.
Shipping for Warranty Claims
If a warranty claim is approved:
- Bear Strength will cover shipping for repaired or replacement items within the continental United States.
If the issue is determined to be outside warranty coverage, return shipping costs may apply.
Limitation of Liability
Bear Strength is not responsible for injuries or damages resulting from improper use, failure to follow instructions, or use beyond the product’s intended purpose.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary by state.
